ARE YOU AWARE OF A STUDENT IN NEED OF SUPPORTIVE OR CRISIS SERVICES OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL HOURS?

The district is engaged in a K-12 grading and reporting review process.

As part of that process parents/guardians and students are being asked to provide some feedback about current grading practices at the high school.
There are 6 questions and all are marked as requiring responses.  If you don't want to write a response to one of the questions that require a typed response, please type "Pass" and go on to the next question.
